Our team will sit down with you and your staff to learn about your strengths, uncover opportunities, and hear what’s most important to you. We’ll carefully review your existing books and records, making note of what’s working well and where improvements can be made.

This step isn’t about pointing out mistakes, it’s about building a clear picture of your finances so you can move forward with confidence. By discussing your goals, expectations, and needs, we create a strong foundation for everything that follows. Think of it as hitting “pause” to take stock of where you are now, so we can design the best path to where you want to go.

Simply Financial Wellness begins every client relationship with an Initial Assessment as part of our client onboarding process.

  • All new clients are required to have an initial assessment.

  • An assessment grants us read only access to your current books and records to determine what has or has not been performed completely and accurately.  Our goal is to diagnose, determine action plan, and execute with your authorization.

  • Assessments start at $750/flat fee.

  • Virtual Consultation.

  • Will provide an estimated hours needed for Looback Services

With a clear plan in place, it’s time to put it into action. Our team rolls up our sleeves to clean up past records, organize your data, and make sure everything lines up the way it should. We’ll communicate directly with the people who need access to the information, keeping the process smooth and stress-free for you.

Along the way, we don’t just “fix” things in the background, we explain what’s being done and show you the progress through collaboration. This ensures you understand what’s happening and feel confident in the results. By the end, you’ll have accurate, reliable financial data you can trust to make better decisions moving forward.

Simply Financial Wellness offers Post-Assessment Lookback Services to clean up and correct your financial records based on the findings of your initial assessment.

  • Based on results of assessment, we are executing in cleaning up what is necessary to present you with clean and clarifying data so you understand current state of your business.

  • Services are billed hourly based on estimated hours from assessment

  • Hourly rates start at $150/hour blended rate as clean up requires various levels of experience and competencies.

We’ll define roles and responsibilities, set expectations, and provide guidance and education for your team. With ongoing support and collaboration, you’ll have the peace of mind that your finances remain clear, organized, and ready for whatever comes next.

Simply Financial Wellness provides ongoing Maintenance to keep your financial data accurate and up to date—daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.

  • Real time financial data tracking maintenance.

    Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance of running your business so your data is clean and available when it is needed by internal management, external lenders/investors, and tax preparers.

  • Full scope - Simply J is taking over! (Whiteglove Service).

    • Handles all the needs of a finance department including customer invoicing, receipts, and vendor bill pay. (Quickbooks or Netsuite)

    • Ranges from $750/month to $10,000+/month based on scope of work needed.

  • Limited scope - Simply J is supporting existing procedures and resources.

    • A combination of services that can either be bookkeeping or accounting support only OR monthly controller support for oversight of your financial data.

    • Ranges from $1,000/month or more based on scope of work needed. Does not include payroll processing, human resources, employee relations, and tax filings
