Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance of running your business so your data is clean and available when it is needed by internal management, external lenders/investors, and tax preparers.

Full scope - Simply J is taking over! (Whiteglove Service).
• Handles all the needs of a finance department including customer invoicing, receipts, and vendor bill pay. (Quickbooks or Netsuite)
• Ranges from $1,5000/month to $10,000+/month based on scope of work needed. -
Limited scope - Simply J is supporting existing procedures and resources.
• A combination of services that can either be bookkeeping or accounting support only OR monthly controller support for oversight of your financial data.
• Ranges from $1,000/month or more based on scope of work needed. Does not include payroll processing, human resources, employee relations, and tax filings -
Simple J Scope - Simply J is your partner and you help lead.J
• After assessment and any lookback services, we setup automation for the practitioner, artist, and service solo entrepreneur. You feed the data and we guide the process. Recording revenue when earned and expenses when incurred so you have a quick snapshot of where you are in your financial foundations.
• Ranges from $100-$250/month based on level of complexity.
